The Jardines properties are arranged in two storey white buildings of traditional, Mediterranean architecture. Due to the popularity of this style of apartment, they are now available on 3 different resorts within Condado de Alhama - Jardines, Los Naranjos & El Mirrador. 

The ground floors have ample terraces at garden level, preserving the privacy of the property and subtly harmonising with the surrounding verdure. The upper floors also have a terrace as well as an additional spacious solarium terrace.

Jardines de Alhama has its own, exclusive Town Centre: El Foro. El Foro is an area where you can enjoy the leisure and sports facilities as well as the peaceful atmosphere without having to travel far. Everything is to be found only a stone`s throw away so you can walk or cycle there. El Foro is divided into several areas. The shopping centre, is divided into two parts: one for restaurants, bars, cafés and their corresponding terraces, and the other for food shopping, D.I.Y. etc. The sports area adjoins an area dedicated to relaxation and comfort with a spa, gym, swimming pool and social club - A real luxury for the body and mind.
